WTF...the question by the Wolves announcers is if Kidd bolts do you trade Dirk like KG. They say b/c Wolves got great players and best post guy in the league.
If you want to trade Dirk, you might want to take a look at the T-Wolves 1:02 PM Tue, Mar 31, 2009 | Permalink | Yahoo! Buzz Tim MacMahon E-mail News tips
The Timberwolves let Kevin Garnett go and watched from afar as he won a championship ring. The bundle of players the Celtics shipped to Minnesota included a young franchise cornerstone in Al Jefferson, but the T-Wolves are a long way away from even contending for a playoff spot.
The T-Wolves went 22-60 last season. They've improved to 21-53 this season (17-33 before Jefferson suffered a season-ending knee injury). They can count on at least two more lottery seasons.
Do MFFLs really want to live through a full-fledged strip-it-down rebuilding process? Mark Cuban definitely doesn't.
Cuban prefers to point at Garnett's Boston teammate Paul Pierce as proof that a team that has a superstar in its prime can quickly become a champion with a couple of shrewd moves/fortunate bounces.
Just got in - did anyone catch the 1st? How does J-Ho look?
ReplyDeleteJust tuned in as well.
ReplyDeleteBass has to start playing w/more attitude. That off board by the wolves was ridiculous.
Have you seen JHo?
ReplyDeleteIs it me or does Melanie Collins have a touch of man face?
ReplyDeleteI think that JHo started, but they rested him in the 2nd. I bet he starts the 3rd.
ReplyDeleteAnone see Dirk singing BonJovi?
ReplyDeleteThat shot looked nice...8 pts for the game.
ReplyDeleteWhat? Metta, when was that?
ReplyDeleteWTH are they doing on offense?
ReplyDeleteAt was right before start of 2nd half...before inbound pass.
ReplyDeleteSuper late whistle...refs are so horrible.
ReplyDeleteWho cares about Jason Terry's free throw %...Josh Howard is at the line.
ReplyDeleteAnnouncers gave JEts stats for free throws while Josh was getting ready for the first shot.
ReplyDeleteMan face
ReplyDeleteShif...we should make a fake version of the Magic Fundamentals DVD.
ReplyDeleteThanks goodness I get the hometown guys.
ReplyDeleteWTF was that Jason...must think this is a Bird/MJ McDonalds commercial
ReplyDeleteWhose Dad is this entering the game for the Wolves?
ReplyDeleteI like the DVD with JJ Reddick better
ReplyDeleteWTF was that Dirk..pull a Reggie Miller. Lean into that dude.
ReplyDeletehow many times is Metta gonna say WTF?
ReplyDeleteI read today that Mavs are something like 11-1 coming off a 15 pt loss. Which is kinda sad.
WTF...the question by the Wolves announcers is if Kidd bolts do you trade Dirk like KG. They say b/c Wolves got great players and best post guy in the league.
ReplyDeleteWhat! The Wolves are horrible...fn horrible!
Ok...Al Jefferson is a monster but still lets not kid ourselves. No one wants to be the Wolves w/a one man show.
ReplyDeleteThere was some discussion about that on DallasNews today, check out the Mavs blog.
ReplyDeletewow, I didn't realize the Mavs have lost 12 games by 15 points or more. If you would have put me on the spot I would have said maybe 8, maybe 10
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm not sure if 12 is the right #, let me double check.
ReplyDeleteDoes the Mayor still play for the T-Wolves?
ReplyDeleteMetta:
